GoTop 1. Antigen ELISA test
The test is based on the binding of the rotavirus antigen to immobilized antibodies. Binding is detected through peroxidase-labelled anti-rotavirus antibodies. The ELISA test to detect rotavirus uses monoclonal antibodies against conserved epitopes of the group antigen VP6.
